Cancellation After Shipping:

Once the order has left our warehouse and has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, customers may benefit from our return and exchange policy as per the product terms and conditions.

Custom Orders:

For customized devices or products modified according to the customer’s specifications, cancellations may not be allowed after order confirmation.

Refund Process:
